My name is Cesar Henrique Martins da Rosa and I’m a game designer with 3 years of professional experience. My main motivation is to deliver meaningful experiences that will positively impact people’s lives, which led me to get interested in the whole process of creation and made me a multidisciplinary professional.
I believe a united team is ideal to achieve this, and that’s why I value quality, interest, autonomy, and collaboration. My role in a team is usually going to be as someone who fosters communication and good relationships, but also someone who loves to deconstruct problems, design solutions, and explore innovative ideas.
