About the Game
Evil Tower is a F2P tower defense mobile game that, although inspired by titles such as Slime Castle and Idle Fortress, stands out for incorporating roguelike elements. This combination offers an experience with high replayability and greater autonomy for the player — characteristics that contributed to the game's prominence in the market and its competitiveness against the main competitors in the genre.

Working on the Project
I was initially hired to rebalance the game, but I quickly got involved with the project, proposing and implementing a series of design and process improvements that directly impacted the project's performance and results.
Evil Tower also marked my entry into the mobile gaming market, where I was able to better understand essential aspects such as player retention, engagement, sustainability and monetization strategies — fundamental pillars of the games-as-a-service model.
I currently continue working on the project, creating new content, implementing continuous improvements and analyzing KPIs to make data-driven decisions and maximize the game's potential.
